The hulls are really tough; a couple of scrapes from river rocks and maybe a few scratches from transporting in the back of the pickup. But otherwise they look and work like new. We get compliments from time-to-time on their colorful patterns. If I had to buy more kayaks I'd still go with this model, or maybe a shorter version by Perception. Great brand, great yaks.
