The other chair finally needed charged today and the battery will not charge at all. It shows that it is 100% charged when I plugged it in. Switched them out to make sure that it wasn't the chair. This battery has only been used to recline this chair maybe 10 times. Tried to reach out to customer service and they only have information on a video game battery! If you buy one of these batteries, you had better buy the warrantee along with it. That is an extra $15 and it is only for a year.
