Excellent Flavor! *by E***N on April 18, 2015* I am no Ghost Pepper aficionado so I am rating this pepper on my limited knowledge. Before eating them, we reconstituted the peppers by soaking them in water for a few hours. Then cut the pepper in thin strips and tried on a cheeseburger. I must say the flavor was really good! We will be adding them to our chili in the future. And yes, these peppers are really hot! So the thin strip idea was smart because the next day I decided to eat larger pieces with the pepper seeds on pizza. This was no shining moment seeing as my Bum was on FIRE for a couple hours the next morning. You have been warned! I would highly recommend not eating a whole pepper unless you are a masochist.
