The adjustment of the nut to get the right fit to over center and lock took some effort but works well. The handles have quite a lot of bend to them. I had to flatten them out to fit my project of making and adapter plate. There also has to be something to keep them from over centering and spinning past lock, in most applications that’s going to be the welded loader tabs or other structural pieces but if doing something that welds just to the plat you would have to add a tab or something.
