It does exactly what it is supposed to. The one thing I would change about this unit is a better sounding speaker. We have been using a Macbook as well. About to test the use of Smart Notebook on this. As a Tech at a K12 school district, I would say the newline board seems to be pretty solid and many of the other districts around us have been purchasing them as well. This board was brought in to replace and improve the technology in my room. It didn't. I have reverted to using the whiteboard and markers. Sometimes I even write on paper and project it using my ELMO camera.The board is too touchy -- my handwriting is a mess; when my hair gets too close I am accidentally zooming in/out; I am haphazardously/accidentally switching between apps.
