I almost spent $300 plus on this from a furniture store for the Magnolia version. This was $119!! Took my husband less than 5 minutes to hang and that was for measuring! Lol. The edge being rubber was not a surprise because I read the reviews and was warned it might be wavy due to the rubber but learned from reading hundreds of reviews on other round mirrors that this was the best route to go for ease of hanging. Lightweight so no special needs to hold the weight because it’s very light. The runner isn’t perfect and there’s a slight wave in a few places but no one has even noticed it but me but I’m super picky.
