Having the digitial version given when you purchase the book is the way all textbooks should be sold. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Must No Matter Where You Are *by D***Y on May 20, 2021* I remember when I got the first edition decades ago. Read it through in a few days to catch up. Immunology was then just becoming a real hot button in cancer therapy. Now it is essential to grasp its many elements and the authors are the best at laying them out. This edition is a superb addition to the long history of predecessors. Overall it is exceptionally well organized, taking each element one at a time. Second the graphics are sine qua non, and I find myself coming back again and again. The coverage is excellent bring the reader up to date. This book is an essential text for anyone dealing with immunology and in today's environment, anyone dealing with medicine. One cannot avoid the immune system, it has become the driver of many therapeutics. This is a mid level text. It could be a challenge for the novice and less than perfect for the expert. Yet it is something I find going back to again and again to see things I may have missed first time through. I would strongly recommend this work frankly for anyone, and it is written so that you can jump in anywhere and learn something.
