I also bought my son the medium and they look 2-3 sizes bigger and are just massive so technically the size is the right size for me and the medium is the right size for my son because he likes his pants oversized and baggy. He's 5 foot 9 , 130 lbs. But we will need to put a belt on them or have the waist taken in quite a bit. Overall though we are really happy the price is amazing and quality is great. I can't see many men fitting the small, maybe boys, because im a very small woman and like I said they just fit me.
