A: While there is not a fixed Do Not Disturb key, one of the programmable keys may be programmed as a Do Not Disturb Key.

**Q: Does this phone have voice mail built into it or is it in the maim system?**
A: Voice mail is in the base system as a separate module, not in phones.

**Q: I have Panasonic Phones & Panasonic switching system in my office and some of phones has to be replaced
Will this phone work?**
A: No it will not work but send me the model number from the bottom of the phone and I'll list some phones that are compatible with your system

**Q: is there a wireless headset that will work with these phones with remote answering capabilities?**
A: Look at the Plantronics CS530+HL10, or something similar.  Wireless headset with remote answer, but it does require the HL10 handset lifter.
