Stand the Flatiron Building next to earlier New York City landmarks (i.e., the Empire State Building, Rockefeller Center, the Guggenheim Museum) and you will be amazed at how much more detailed and lifelike it is in comparison.This is a great set. Its construction is rather complex (which is very refreshing after the rather simplistic construction of the Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center), and will take you between 1 - 2 hours to build. As mentioned in the above paragraph, it is an exceptionally well-detailed set.
