I bought this for my family cuz my mom complained about the toothpaste she’s using now is too strong for her gum and she feels spicy and hurt every time after brushes her tooth. Im suffering from gum recession more than 6 mth ago and its more severe about 1 mth ago. 3 of my teeth kind of loose and a bit painful while chewing and can feel the alignment out. It cleans well and leaves you with a clean, refreshed, feel. Worth the buy and actually does the job. Would still recommend using your prescribed toothpaste (sensitive gums, gingivitis, etc), but does a good job of getting your teeth whiter, faster.
