They have a nice thick metal hook system, it goes right on the squat rack bars at the gym and hold a great amount of weight. There is length to them, so you are not fighting to get your arm in, hoping it doesnt slip, this is real good quality and worth the price. Rests comfortably on my arms, they do not rub and I can get my lower abs in with no issues. Quality.
