I looked everywhere I could think of where I could have put it with no luck finding it. Not being sure how much I needed it for the game I'm currently playing, I came to Amazon's website and started looking for a replacement. These were about the only ones that stated they worked for my system and were verified to do so by users, so I ordered them. (Of course, not long after, I found mine.)The package arrived today and I opened it up and examined the pens. Another reviewer had mentioned they weren't up to his/her standards as they had ridges that could damage screen. I found some that came off just by running my finger nail over them but they were on the pen not the point so don't know how they would've damaged unless some games use them differently. After examining them, I picked one out and played a bit of my game. It worked fine. I tried putting it away in my NEW 3DS XL, it fit perfectly. I compared the black one to my original stylus pen, it looked very similar. If I hadn't compared closely I wouldn't have been able to tell the difference.Buy these with confidence. As long as you are purchasing them for a Nintendo NEW 3DS XL, you can't go wrong. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Well made little pens *by P***H on Reviewed in the United States on September 1, 2016* As these are but simple pens, there isn't much they could have done to mess them up. However, they don't feel as cheap as I would expect from a third-party peripheral, and are reasonably priced. They fit in the hole they are supposed to, and seem to be made of good material. I would definitely recommend getting these if you've lost the pen to your New 3DS XL/LL (the only model it fits), or in fact if you haven't, just in case you do. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good product, but there are concerns. *by S***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2017* There are pros and cons to this product, the main pro being that there is a large quantity of replacement styluses. The con, which almost outweighs the pro, is that the tip is very sharp and could scratch my screen. However, I just took a pocketknife and whittled away at the tip and now the stylus is fine.
