It is a quality piece of equipment and is not that hard to install. The hardest thing to installing is deciding where you want to place it under the hood. I did have to buy some extra #8 power cable because I mounted the control panel on the driver side of my jeep JK, opposite side from my battery. I also had to extend the power wire from the fuse panel ACC to the control panel, no big deal.
