Can i release these lqdybugs in a 2 bedroom apartment or is that a bad idea?** A: I released 300 ladybugs inside my 3 bedroom house and they ate all the aphids so fast then I didn’t want them to die so I just started feeding them water, raisins soaked in water and lettuce but eventually I noticed they died off. If I do it again I will gather them up and let them go outside afterwards so they can hibernate in winter or flourish in garden in summer. **Q: $9.50 for shipping and it’s taking 5-6 days to arrive? Ordered Sunday evening and expected them within a couple days for $9.50! Won’t they be dead?** A: I think the ladybugs will be fine. Even if shipping takes a few days. Ive been looking for natural solutions for an aphid problem in our spinach garden and lady bugs was a polular answer. We tried washing the leaves and using neen oil and it doesn't seem to fully get rid of them. The lady bugs came in multiple options, we ordered the smallest batch available of 150 bugs. The package says 1500 and I did panic a little at first, our yard in 1/4 acre lot and I didnt want to be overrun with them but it was just the advertising label. Hopefully these little ladies will eat all the bad bugs for a feaction of the price.
