The backpack is made of great quality and does not seem cheaply made at all in our opinion, the extra bag that came with it is nice and is basically a pencil or pen type bag, it does match the backpack though which is very nice, especially for kids. The built-in USB Charger is located on the side of the backpack and is usable by plugging in a portable charger inside the backpack. Then on the outside of the backpack, your child can plug in their USB Charging Cord and charge their phone directly from their backpack whenever needed, which is a nice benefit so that your child will never have the excuse their phone died LOL. The only complaint we have with this product is the lock that is provided is made very cheaply and broke instantly when we tried to set the combination as per the instructions. For the price we paid however, we can handle a lock breaking and purchase her a new one, they are widely available on desertcart and at your local Wal-Mart during back to school season.
