This one has been perfect so far as I use it on a regular basis for meal prep. Its a solid piece of wood, easy to clean, and never harbors any smell because I'm good to quickly with soap and water. Always prop the board up on its edge to dry completely. Never let it dry flat on the counter, to avoid trapped moisture. I do deep clean it with lemon and salt as I’ve read this is suggested for sanitation. Someone had mentioned that they would like rubber feet on the bottom however while feet are a good idea, I suppose that might make it feel less "green." After a many months of use, it’s holding up great with no warping and only very faint knife marks. Just remember, to keep the board up on its edge to dry completely. Never let it dry flat on the counter, as trapped moisture is no good and will keep you happy with this product longer. I hope this review is helpful!
