It started leaking out of the faucet end six months ago and got a lot worse, to the point we had to turn the water line off in the basement any time we were not using it, turn it on to fill pitchers to put in the fridge, and then go downstairs to turn it off. We tried disconnecting and reconnecting all of the supply lines; they looked clean, and doing so did not help. I sent a message to the manufacturer about troubleshooting and asked for instructions or a diagram to take it apart, but they never responded (I waited several weeks). Eventually I nervously started taking it apart myself despite the lack of support. I carefully removed the plastic cap on the handle to reveal a screw, dismantled everything, cleaned the rubber washers inside (for the record, everything already looked clean), used plumber's grease on the washers and anything that wouldn't touch water, and tightened the heck out of it when I put it back together. It seems to be back to its original state for now, no leaks despite the single drop on the end after using, but it still warrants the poor review due to lack of customer support, incorrect dimensions, and leaking terribly after a pretty short period of time and not a ton of use.
