I didn't know what to do with the key remover; I thought it would work like a tweezer, but it's just a piece of plastic with two prongs. Keys are easy enough to remove by hand though, so I had no need for it. The keys don't come with the little rubber rings that dampen the sound, so make sure you reuse your existing ones (if you opted for them in the first place). All in all, I don't have to work with a broken CTRL key anymore. Sanity restored.
