I guess my secret was using a mixture of coco coir, food compost and leaf mold as a thin top coat on the seeds. i’m seriously thinking this product should be five stars all the way. Some people are maybe not keeping it wet throughout the whole process.

Grew well and has a nice color green. Definitely needs to be watered twice a day. Took about 3 full weeks to fill in. Ground needs to be tilled well. I gave it 4 stars and not 5 because it didn't work as a reseeder and only grew well on the spots that were bare and tilled.
