Provides water, stain and slip protection for interior and exterior tile and natural stone surfaces. Porous tile and porous stone surfaces treated become harder and less slippery. Review: Next kid will have 3 heads, but stone won't stain - I hate to give 5 stars to something so expensive, but this stuff really works, and a little goes a long way. I needed to seal some very porous sandstone (6 tons of flagstone) and figured this wouldn't go nearly as far as it did. It doesn't change the appearance at all, except that now water beads on the surface. I was not able to give a second coat, which the instructions recommend. The first coat sealed so well that I couldn't get it to absorb any more fluid. I applied using a mini-roller, with a brush for really irregular places. This stuff has a VERY strong smell. Inside, I'd definitely recommend ventilation. You know how everything is labeled "causes cancer in California"? Well this stuff probably causes cancer even in Wyoming or Texas. It sure seals rock, though.
