It held up my rain shower head and was easy to ajust. I believe that a possible combination of factors added to my 4 star review. The main being a slow sag, but that has these possible reasons. Added weight of water during use, the original weight of my showerhead being more than recommended, the heat causing slight expansion of the moving parts. I still use it and its not like it is completly hanging evrry time I shower. Its just a slight over time droop that just takes a quick ajustment and good to go for another month. (I dont actually have an exact time frame it happens so infrequently.I would have honestly given a 5 star if I had got to this review sooner and not had the time to notice, I believe what is my own fault with a showerhead that is just to big.My only other complaint is getting it to line up when tightening so the angle was correct was a small pain.
