**Q: Could the 16inch fit drill, impact, small sawzall,flashlight and charger with batteries inside?**
A: I don't think so. I have the 18" and i dont know that it has the length to fit a sawzall, maybe if it were really small. GREAT bag tho for hand tools and other smaller stuff....everything else you mentioned would fit no problem! Also, i have a saw that is too long for it and i just zip as far as I can with the handle poking out a little.

**Q: Is there a way to attach a shoulder strap for the 14 inch?**
A: Not that I can see.  There are no hooks on the side of the bag to attach a shoulder strap.
