After 4 attempts of trying to get the stone to stay in the middle of the curved bar I gave up, so wasn't centered which caused water to splash out on wall. I was wary though based on price and limited selection on Amazon.Finally get the thing in the mail, and initially have a tough time assembling it. I call BluWorld to get help, the operator connects me to a voicemail. I wait a few days, don't get a call back. Finally I call back again, this time getting ahold of a helpful employee, Stewart. He explains one of the pieces wasn't in the box (the velcro strap to hold the stone), but ships one to me. At first glance, the entire setup looks fairly cheap, and the assembly isn't very sturdy. Not the kind of "Chi" I was looking for.I get it all assembled, turn it on. The water doesn't spray around like others said, but it doesn't fall evenly over the stone and looks really cheap. The pump is loud, loud enough that it disrupts the sound of the water trickle. Yesterday I finally had to stop using it. I found a huge puddle on the floor under it. The water coming out of the tube was no longer running down straight. In a couple of places the water was actually flowing out at an angle past the base itself. Also when it is put together, it is very unwieldy and it's hard to empty the water. It looks very nice though but I do agree with the other reviewer that the slate and the rocks do tend to have a slimy feel to them.
