Magnetic tips: This may seem like a minor thing, since magnetic tips are quite common, but the magnets on these tools are quite strong, meaning it can easily pick up a screw and place it in position, or lift it out when unscrewing. This is especially handy for tight and awkward spaces...and if you have big hands. Handle: While the handle gives a great grip, for me it's the feedback it gives. If you use a moderate grip, you can feel when the screw is tightened just enough. The handle sort of slips slightly. Maybe it's just me, but I've found this incredibly useful once you get the feel for it. Upgrades/Rebuilds: It's one thing to get the screws in with a regular Philips screwdriver, it's a nerve-wracking story to get them out again when you (inevitably) want to do some upgrades, or a rebuild.
