My particular application, a 2011 Silverado Z71. The material seems very well made, nice weight and texture. Mat finish but the silver I used looks nice and carbon fiber like. The heat gun on Low and the plastic tool they supply works well. Then use a NEW razor blade (not supplied, the tool I didn’t try)… and PATIENCE while cutting away the excess. You don’t want to slip and scratch the paint (if surrounded by paint), not end up cutting yourself. Anyway, glue seems not great at first but I’ll see. All in all a nice finish and way to spend an hour on this beautiful day! UPDATE: 1/24/2026 Still holding strong! I commute 40 miles a day, mostly freeway. I take my truck through the car wash once a week or so. Good stuff, make sure you clean the surface thoroughly and it holds up great! Review: Vinyl wrap refreshed front grill emblem Chevy - Shipped fast. The size fits over the front emblem perfectly and after installation it look better than before. The color is different from factory but it’ll work for the work truck or an older truck needing a facelift! I’ve used these products before and it made it easy for me. However it is NOT easy if you’re not a detailed person with a steady hand. I suggest you make a template and use before you apply the vinyl. I’ll let you know if the adhesive holds after a few fins through the car wash! ## Features - Decorative Function: It can decorate your logo, when the emblem gets bad, you can also use it to cover ridges and flaws - Multifunctional Protection: It has multiple functions such as wear resistance, waterproof, and high temperature resistance, Cover somewhere you want to decorate your vehicle within this item size, such as steel wheel emblem - Premium Vinyl Material: 3.5 mils thick vinyl material, combined with a unique Air Release, can be repositioned and stretchy. I followed the instructions, but no matter how carefully I applied them, they wouldn’t stay in place. The adhesive just didn’t hold up, and they came off almost immediately. The concept is great, and the stickers themselves look nice, but the lack of stickiness makes them frustrating to use. It might work better for other surfaces or with additional adhesive, but as it is, I wouldn’t recommend them for the intended purpose. ## Frequently Bought Together - LANZMYAN Compatible with Bowtie Logo Wrap Stickers Cut-Your-Own Emblem Overlay DIY Decals for Chevy 3PCS Matte Black - SINGARO Car Cup Holder Coaster, Silicone Cup Holder Insert, Universal Non-Slip Cup Holders, Car Accessories Interior for Women and Man Interior Sets 4 Pack Black - Car Back Seat Headrest Hooks, 4 Pack Black Stylish Back Seat Hanger for Car Handbag Clothes Coats Grocery Bags, Car Interior Accessories (Black2) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pe/products/264091321-bowtie-emblem-vinyl-front-grill-wrap-decals-for-chevy-3pcs](https://www.desertcart.pe/products/264091321-bowtie-emblem-vinyl-front-grill-wrap-decals-for-chevy-3pcs) --- *Product available on Desertcart Peru* *Store origin: PE* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
