Totally recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great quality bands with excellent customer service - pick these! *by D***N on March 19, 2021* I've got at least one of every size Iron Core band now -including the 4 inch orange monster, which I use for resistance training in our garage. Combined with attachment points on the wall and a couple of other pieces of equipment, I get a very effective, difficult workout from head to toe. I personally use the giant orange band for squats with the band under my feet and behind my head. It's not a ton of 'weight' at the bottom of the movement, but obviously that builds as it stretches. It's the best thing I can find in lieu of an actual barbell and a bunch of plates which I don't have the room for (or budget - have you SEEN the price of free weights during covid? yeesh). There's tons of videos on YT with just resistance band training to give you ideas on how to use these for WAY more than pullups. Undersun is a good example. Hot tip - get some mechanic's gloves and save your hands! Also, I contacted them for replacement of a broken band and they were prompt, cordial and easy to work with.
