When complete measures about 5 inches fuselage and about 7 inches wingtip to wingtip. **Q: What paint colors do you need for this model kit?** A: The basics are olive green for the wings and fuselage. Red on the cowling and prop tips. Props black. Or some do the wings and fuselage in "aluminum " color scheme. Google P47 and check out the various schemes and go with what you like. Testors and Vallejo and Tamiya paints are all good, though for me I stay with acrylic paint because it has less odor, and cleans up with water. Enamel does a number on my sinuses . Remember, modeling is supposed to be fun and relaxing. **Q: what type of glue do you use?** A: Standard glue is Testors cement for plastic models available in hobby stores and on-line stores. However, I have migrated to using Gorilla super glue gel available in hardware stores, Walmart. Gorilla gel is easier to control during application and sets up faster. Don’t apply too much, though, as it can fog surrounding surfaces.
