Do not buy one!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I never wound up using the hose reel though because I liked the nozzles right there on the cross piece *by H***I on November 19, 2016* Felt I had to write with my quite opposite review of my Karcher G3200. I have had this for quite a while and I too, ordered the hose reel accessory since I have two 50' hoses with it. I never wound up using the hose reel though because I liked the nozzles right there on the cross piece. I just roll up my hoses and throw them on top once it has cooled down. So, I would say that the guy who gave it one star is probably right about the accessory with the hose rolled up and being too heavy. However, I have this washer and have used it for a four or five years and it has performed perfectly. I lend it to my neighbors pretty often and they love it too. Every Spring I use it on the brick patio that always gets blackish in the winter, on my sidewalks and porch. I use it to clean the insides of my gas BBQ after a season of grilling and it's phenomenal for that. I can wash under my eaves on the second story of my house which is very high. I've used to to clean the wheels on my car and for all sorts of jobs. Great power, perfect nozzle selection, engine runs great--hey, it's a Honda 190cc. I also have a Honda generator and it's the quietest, easiest to start, most reliable unit on the market. But back to the pressure washer. I find it very heavy duty both in construction and also in it's mechanical parts. I have probably used it 100 times and it runs and performs perfectly. It's easy to start, also. I would like a muffler to mute the engine but that's the only thing I wish it came with. It's a great machine and fun to use. Just remember to wear shoes if you're cleaning your sidewalk or patio and using one of the narrower nozzles. One swipe across your bare foot and you can draw blood.
