## Questions & Answers

**Q: is there any way to reset it?   I was shredding 2 shieets of paper and it just quit.   L**
A: Maybe.  The first thing I would do is unplug it and make sure it's not jammed.. I've had to pull paper out of corners with tweezers.   The other issue may be over heating.  If you have been shredding a lot, even if it's just two ages at a time, it will overheat. Just let it sit for a while and when it cools off, it will be fine.  I hope this helps.

**Q: Anybody know where I can get the relays for the shredder.? Switch stopped working.**
A: Our first one also "died". After a lot of investigation, my husband decided it was more cost efficient to order a new one. He tried the manufacturer but was told that they are disposable. Not what you wanted to hear, but that was our experience.

**Q: Will this shredder accept a cd?**
A: I have never tried breaking a CD but I have done a few credit cards and it goes through them easily.

Do not buy this shredder. The basket is way smaller than expected. It does a terrible job with documents and is not easy to work. Most of your time will be spent trying to feed and re-feed your documents. It is a pain especially if you are trying to melt down your paper monster. I bought this item a while ago and just opened it, I wish I opened it right away because I would have returned it!
