It's a great reference. **Q: How well does this bond to plastics?** A: I used it to repair some 21/2' pvc pipe and it seemed to work ok. i know it bonds very well to wood and metal. it says it works for boat repair. I mix it on a sheet of lexan, because i saw a repair tip that said pc-11 doesn't set up as quickly on lexan. i assume this means that it doesn't bond as well on lexan. **Q: Can this item be returned?** A: Why? It is one of the handiest repair items you can have in your supplies. I used a DREMEL and a homemade tool to mix and stir. Do by hand crude mix then use a spinning tool .Small quantities mix up OK. Trying to mix half a can with half a can would be a challenge. Applies thick after mixing. Very strong after cure. Kinda outside use only. I am gonna use it on bird baths, concrete, and the like. Thick and stays in place well. Not for delicate small repairs. Glad I have some sitting there waiting to be used. ..........
