I started off with the xx soft just squeezing and rolling my strength is already starting to improve and have now started using the x soft and have incorporated the stretching between 2 fingers. I appreciate the exercises included which are exactly as my physio recommended for me. I still have pain but it is slowly reducing and keeping my hand as flexible as my injury allows.
