I was told by Amazon to go back to the manufacturer, which I did. They have never responded to my inquiry. I have resigned myself to the fact that I bought a piece of garbage. Sad thing is, I paid about $50 prior to Christmas, and when it broke, the price was about $25....double whammy. I would never recommend this product to anyone.
