**Q: Does it have a texturized grip or smooth grip? Thank you!**
A: It is smooth grip

**Q: How does the pen look upon unboxing?  Is it shiny or dull?**
A: It's shiny at first, but like any raw brass, it will dull and get a cool vintage looking patina very quickly, that's the whole point. You can easily shine it up with some polish, but if you don't want that hassle, get a gold one.

**Q: How is tip wiggle on the brass model?**
A: I have a brass and a few older steel versions.  I can detect no difference between them.  I have never really noticed any wiggle in any of them.
     The brass one just looks cooler!

**Q: Will a G2 ink refill fit inside?**
A: Nope, not this pen.  Only the Fisher Space Pen ball pen refill will fit.  But you might be looking for the Macine Era pen, which accommodates the G2 refill.http://www.amazon.com/Machine-Era-Pen-Solid-Brass/dp/B00ZSPRW0S

This pen is beautiful - absolutely stunning. I don’t like how it writes - not smooth at all - but I suppose it’s a trade off between reliability and writing comfort.
