The fit on my trx-4 was nearly perfect. All holes lined up. They look and perform great. The only modding I had to do was to the body mount cross member thingies, a bit of trimming was required to seat it properly. No breaking eggs, no omelet. They are aluminum, which means you shouldnt over tighten the screws that mount your key/shock. Use red loctite and a fair amount of torque. Mission accomplished.
