It does lose stations a few miles earlier when travelling way out of town. But otherwise its the same. Unless you live very far away from the station you want - you won't notice any difference. I love my 2" stubby. **Q: What is the thread size and pitch of the antenna?** A: There are two threads included for this Stubby Jr., both of which have been verified with factory MINI threads. **Q: Will it fit a Nissan frontier** A: No, this product is for a MINI Cooper, you need to search for a Frontier Stubby... https://www.amazon.com/CravenSpeed-Antenna-Replacement-Frontier-1998-2018/dp/B00757GT1U/ref=sr_1_2?keywords=nissan+frontier+stubby+antenna&qid=1549645951&sr=8-2 **Q: Will it fit my 1999 BMW 328i 4 door?** A: If the antenna is on the rear fender yes, but if it is on the roof it will not fit, sorry. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works great *by A***D on 22 January 2020* Works good with jcw 2020, product is rigid and works as described ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👍🏻 *by A***I on 23 July 2020* Perfect on mini cooper R50 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality *by A***A on 5 March 2020* Perfect fit ## Frequently Bought Together - CravenSpeed Stubby Jr Antenna Compatible with MINI Cooper 2001-2025 | 2 inches | Short Antenna Replacement | Made in The USA - (Set of 4) S Metal Auto Tire Valve Stem Cap Cover with Resin S Emblem Covers Trim for Mini Cooper S Countryman S Clubman S JCW 36110429652 - 2Pcs Door Lights Logo for r55 r56 r57 r58 r59 r60 r51 f54 f56 f55 f60 Puddle Lights Car Door Lights Logo Projector Courtesy LED Ghost Shadow Light Projector Lamps mi/ni Accessories (White) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pe/products/255854787-stubby-jr-antenna-compatible-with-mini-cooper-2001-2024-2](https://www.desertcart.pe/products/255854787-stubby-jr-antenna-compatible-with-mini-cooper-2001-2024-2) --- *Product available on Desertcart Peru* *Store origin: PE* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
