A: Yes, there is a mute/unmute button on the headset.

**Q: Does this have mic monitoring? (Hear yourself when you talk)**
A: This is one of my concerns before I bought this headset. Even I saw the previous answer, I still decided to give a try. The answer is, yes, you can hear yourself when you talk, you can hear yourself for both noise cancellation and non noise cancellation modes. I am so glad I can hear myself during the phone meetings.

This device now seems faulty and got a jerky and crackling audio after using for 4 months. It sometimes gets disconnected from laptop (Bluetooth) while in the middle of call. The headset was purchased from AMAZON US online store. Will initiate the warranty claim.
