It's life saver I can tell you that. The gel works wonderful also...little stingy for about 25 seconds and then there is no pain in your mouth. **Q: Using for receding gums but not noticing anything yet (3 mos.). How much, how often to use? I might do massaging too. Any instruction welcomed.** A: Hi there, I tried this for 2 months, morning and before bedtime, and did not notice anything. If you have a lot of bone loss, like I do, and need the gum or flap surgery,I do not think this will be that helpful. I have found that 'pulling' coconut oil about 15 min a day seems to improve some, and is less costly. I would like to be more encouraging but honestly can't be, I have to opt for the gum or flap surgery. I may try this item again after that to maintain. Good luck! I don't think it is sold in the U.S. However, it heals the gums, has a pleasant taste, and isn't a regular mouthwash. It is more of a product that heals the gums. I found it to be a great product for me as a former cancer survivor who has a tendency to get thrush, dry mouth, and other oral problems due to residual effects from chemotherapy and other medications. There is another product (can't remember the name of it) that other people recommended to me for my oral problems that is often taken by chemo patients, but I never liked it and especially disliked its tastelessness (the other product). This product is much better.
