I STRUGGLED/EXPERIMENTED WITH THE 1/2 GALLON AT-THE-TIME JUGS ETC SO I HAD TO SPEND 15 MINUTES/DAY MESSING WITH THE 2 SMALLER MASON JAR RIGS. THIS MACHINE ALLOWS ME TO FIX COFFEE FOR THE WHOLE WEEK PLUS! IT IS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT TOO. I CAN MAKE EXCELLENT 16 OZ CUP FOR $0.75!!!!THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE VERY MINIMALISTIC, BUT ONLY A COUPLE OF HEADSCRATCHES LATER, I WAS IN BUSINESS. I GROUND UP 3 LBS OF COFFEE BEANS (NOW I GOTTA GET A MUCH BIGGER GRINDER) AND SOAKED FOR 16 HOURS ROOM TEMPERATURE. I POURED COFFEE INTO 1/2 GALLON MASON JARS, GOT 2.5 GALLONS OF 200% STRENGTH COFFEE AND WASHED THE GROUNDS BY POURING WATER OVER BASKET FOR ANOTHER 1.5 GALLONS OF 100% STRENGTH COFFEE!
