I use them in a restaurant setting, 70 wines by the glass with 40 under coravin. The "speed" needle is the fastest pour but, thinner and has the shortest life expectancy. Needles get thicker and last longer with "the classic" being the thickest. **Q: Are these needles ok to use with the Coravin Model 2?** A: As far as I know, same needles, same cartridges. **Q: is there any conversion kit for the coravin so it can be used on a screw cap?** A: Buy a set of the screw caps. Quickly remove the bottles screw cap and immediately replace with the coravin screw cap There is a silicone center to use the coravin needle Each cap is rated for 50 punctures of the needle. I’ve used this multiple tomes and had wine stay good for months in between. I believe coravin says 3 months storage with their screw cap. The key is switching caps quickly and sealing tight since air is the “enemy” in preserving wine.
