A: Hi, Alesis support here! I'm sorry to hear about your experience with our Strike Multipad; this behavior is not to be expected. This type of issue can often be resolved by restoring your product to the factory settings. To reset your device, turn off the module then press and hold the Stop and Enter buttons whilst powering up the module. "Resetting Factory Defaults..." will be displayed on the module, wait 5 seconds, then let go of the buttons! For further support on this subject, please feel free to contact us directly - amzsupport@inmusicbrands.com

**Q: Does alesis have dust covers for their strike pro multipads?**
A: Not specific to this device, but I usually go to a fabric store and buy enough material to cover my devices. Sometimes you can get remnants cheap too

**Q: where can i download more sounds?**
A: When I'm able to I will. I'm using the Alesis as a sampler for the most part now and many of the 30 pre recorded samples but I will eventually get down to some serious work, working with it manually.

A: Hi, Alesis support here! You can create a custom list of any of your favorite kits by using the Setlist feature. Once a setlist has been created, you can easily access your favorite kits in Perform Mode.
