**Q: Can an 18 x 18 pillow fit in this cover?**
A: Yes, 18 x 18 can fit. They are really pretty pillow covers.

**Q: Exterior?**
A: The covers are a thick burlap type fabric. The only macrame is what you see in the picture.. They are nice but very plain other than that small macrame flap.

**Q: Would a 20x20 insert fit to make them more full? Or is that too large?**
A: At first I stuffed a 20x20 insert into them . Personally I didn't like it. It looked rigid and unnatural.  I purchased an 18x18 insert on Amazon and love it. Looks like a down pillow more soft and natural shape

**Q: Should these be washed before use?**
A: No needs to be dry cleaned
