Like...95% matte. And it only takes a couple minutes to get to that point. Maybe 3 minutes if you apply a thicker coat. **Q: Do you need to use a lip liner?** A: No you don't have to use a lip liner. Personal preference however. **Q: How long lasting is it and does it transfer on everything it touches?** A: It’s super long lasting, although it gets a bit dry so I would put on some chapstick beforehand if you want it to not dry out your lips.
