If it were 100% argan oil, it would leave your hair greasy and weigh it down. **Q: Why is this called 100% Argan oil when it contains silicone chemicals and strong perfume?** A: Hi Irene, Very good point. I have no idea why they label it this way. **Q: Does anyone know the shelf life of this product? Aren't any best by dates on bottle or manufacturing codes.** A: i am very conscience of expiration dates on everything i purchase but never once have i thought about this product having an expiration date. I have used this product for over 15 years and it takes me at least 6 months to use 1 bottle and that is using it 7 days a week. **Q: Can this product get rid of the frizz that happens along the part? If so, how do you apply it to get rid of that frizz?** A: This is a great product that helps me control frizz, especially if I use a flat iron. As for persistent frizz at the part, my hairdresser taught me this: after I'm done with styling, spray some hairspray on the palm of your hand, then quickly press that palm onto the frizz at the part and top of head.
