I have such a problem with bloating throughout the day and while I’ve been working at losing a few inches, I’d started measuring my waist daily. I was so discouraged the night I bought this when my morning waist was 29” and my evening waist had gone up to 31”! . I don’t know what’s wrong with my body haha but this was the final straw- I didn’t think the issue here could be exercise- something was going on with how I process food.By the end of every day my pants are always so incredibly uncomfortable- though they had felt fine when in put them on that morning.Anyway, I was in near tears that night and found this product on Amazon and bought it on a whim.It’s seriously amazing. I take it for lunch and dinner and let me tell you, I can’t believe that bloating from meals was really my main issue. Not only am I very close to the same waist measurement at night as in the morning now but I FEEL so so much better. I used to only be able to eat half portions during meals because I’d feel SO full and now I feel like I can comfortably finish my food- or at least eat more than normal AND not worry about it increasing my waist to the point of unbuttoning my jeans 😅.Some people have comments about their bowels changing (mostly they seem to be glad to be more regular) I haven’t noticed and change at all for myself. Just somehow this seems to process food better in my system 🤷🏻‍♀️.Honestly this stuff is truly great- I’m not a fan of the cost but it’s worth it to me.

Works well so far. But you must take as directed for the best benefit, which is right before your first bite of food. Otherwise, I did not see much difference or help when I tried to take it after eating because I had forgotten to take it before, thinking it would have the same benefits. It does not. Just set a timer at first and you will get the hang of it. Once I got into the groove I noticed I was able to digest my food better and had less bloating after eating. Not 100% relief but much better than I was before I began taking it.

So disappointed. When I first started taking these I absolutely loved them! Helped so much with bloating and really made my tummy feel flatter and so much better. Still taking as directed weeks later and I am having the worst cramps and non stop diahrrhea. I mean in the bathroom all night had to call out of work the next day diarrhea. I wasn’t sure at the time if it was the supplements so over the past week I have tested it. Whenever I dont take then I am fine and now once I take them I get the same awful cramps nausea and non stop trips to the bathroom. Also gave me cramps in my back! I am now completely positive these are the cause. I read other reviews of people with the EXACT same symptoms. If it just cleaned me out without the cramps and other affects I wouldn’t mind, the problem is it’s the pain and nausea that occurs. I will not be able to take any more of these as each time I just feel horrific and so sick.

This really works! I bought them after reading the label and seeing all the enzymes it has to help with digestion. I bought them for my husband, who kept complaining of bloating after eating. The first week, he had diarrhea, but he felt it was a good thing and decided to continue taking them. He lost some weight and these pills are currently part of his routine. He no longer gets bloated and can finally enjoy his meals, including pizza and other foods that previously made him feel bad afterward.

Gave me an uneasy feeling, kinda outta body!Maybe too much caffeine, but then I’m caffeine sensitive! It’s up to the individual!

For someone for suffers from bloating everyday and after each meal this is the best one I ever tried. Easy to digest , helps me not eat as much, works with 10-20mns , my skin is clear . I love this product
