They're so tasty, convenient and more guilt free than reaching for a bag of crisps which can be so tempting. I first tried cheeky ps when looking for high protein legume snack alternatives when I was on a high protein low carb diet and have stuck with it ever since. Each 40g bag is about half a meal for me so is perfect for when I've missed breakfast or need to have a late lunch.It's stopped me from snacking on higher carb alternatives plenty of times and has been really useful in helping me concentrate on the things I need to get done instead of dwelling on my hunger!Pre Covid, I also travelled frequently for work and found it difficult to stay high protein so would bring along a few bags in case I couldn't find something suitable.
