I have come up with an easy way to prepare it: Preheat oven to 375*F To deep casserole dish, add: Two-Three Tablespoons of Paste. 1/2-1 teaspoon White Sugar 1 teaspoon Chicken Base, not bouillon. 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice 1-2 teaspoons Fish Sauce Stir together until blended. Stir in 1 Can Coconut Milk. Add 2-3 chicken breasts and cover in sauce. Put in oven for 35-40 minutes. Add 1/2 chopped onion, 1/2 chopped bell pepper, 1/4 cup carrot slices and 1/2 can of bamboo shoots. Cook 15-20 minutes more, just until onions lose their raw flavor, but the veggies are still crisp. Serve on the plate, garnished with grated lime zest. Color code: Pink = Mild, Orange = Medium, Red = Hot Serve with Jasmine Rice. Delicious! Fresh shrimp make a wonderful addition/substitution, but don't overcook them.

This particular brand is the real thing, with all of the proper ingredients included... Lime, lemon grass, etc. I have had to track it down, to continue to find it, but it is more than worth the effort. And this is a g-o-o-d price. I have come up with an easy way to prepare it: Preheat oven to 375*F To deep casserole dish, add: Two-Three Tablespoons of Paste. 1/2-1 teaspoon White Sugar 1 teaspoon Chicken Base, not bouillon. 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice 1-2 teaspoons Fish Sauce Stir together until blended. Stir in 1 Can Coconut Milk. Add 2-3 chicken breasts and cover in sauce. Put in oven for 35-40 minutes.
