Review: My wife originally bought this for herself and she uses it a bit. Ive actually commandeered it recently and have been using it on various muscles immediately after heavy weight lifting. I've actually found it really useful for small fine tuning motions after a hard workout. My favorite is after a hard chest workout I like to finish it of with a couple 30 seconds sets micro flye sets to really hit the center of my chest. I wouldn't suggest using this as a primary workout device by any means, but it has plenty of benefits as a supplemental exercise.

My wife originally bought this for herself and she uses it a bit. Ive actually commandeered it recently and have been using it on various muscles immediately after heavy weight lifting.
