I was able to repair a nice extension cord I've had for 20 years with this junction. Works well, seems water resistant (I really have not tested that out and don't plan to but any inadvertent exposure to moisture or morning dew in the grass seems to be fine).

I was picturing myself using solder and shrink-tubing until I found these. They were very easy to use and worked well. They included two sizes of collars for two ranges of cable sizes and I needed them both. They seemed to clamp the cables tightly but I was afraid to test to the limit. They were at least plenty strong enough for my purpose. They are real time savers.

These are so handy for attaching wires together and they really are waterproof. They are so much easier and more attractive than caps and electrical tape. I bought more and I use them for every application.

Bought because the internal junction seemed like a really good idea. When I received the package it had one of the junctions on the outside. Without opening the sealed packed, I assumed the other three were on the inside of the waterproof cylinders, similar to other cylinders I had purchased in the past. Yes, the old adage about assumptions still holds true.But it wouldn't have mattered even if all four were present. The junction box is useless. Stick a wire in, push down the lever and .... it doesn't hold. At all. The gentlest tug pulls out the wire.Don't waste your money on this. While the waterproof cylinder may be fine, that's only half the story.

Much easier to use than expected. The clips really grab well. Even when using 10g wire. The flat wire I used was not problem as I just moved it around to may it rounder so it would seal better in the incasement. So far, I have had no problems with moisture or water. But time will tell if it remains waterproof.

The header claims this connector is a 4 pole connector. However, it will only connect 3 wires.

Wire hold down toggles were strong and worked well. Waterproof seal may be susceptible to water penetration when used on 12-2 Romex due to stiff flat wire shape going into round hole with round rubber washer. Supplemented seal with silicone. Great design, eliminating junction boxes for outdoor fixtures.
