A: no, you will also need an assortment of triple square bits and a good torque wrench.

A: Yes it will work. I've done hundreds of timing belts on 09-10 Jetta with this tool. Works on the 05-06 also.

A: It should work. My kit included crank pulley holders for bothMK4 and MK5 models.
